About Me
I am a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington. My focus is multiple sclerosis, and how to optimize mindfulness and compassion practices to suit the needs of individuals with chronic illness
I grew up in Morro Bay, a small fishing village on the coast of California. Despite having lived in and near major cities as an adult, I tend to carry this small town identity wherever I go.

I currently live in Seattle with my husband and two adorable chihuahuas
